INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is only available to the United States. If you have any requests for shipping to unsupported countries, please contact us at shop@enjuboard.jp.

Shipping method

Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport. All shipments will be sent via Yamato Transport's "International TA-Q-BIN" service.

U.S. Delivery Partner: To ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently within the United States, Yamato Transport partners with UPS for the final delivery to your doorstep.

In the event of any issues during shipping, such as damage to the package or missing contents, the insurance included in your shipping fee provides coverage up to US$2,500 per shipment. In principle, the compensation amount will be based on the declared value of your items.

Shipping charges vary by country and weight, and will be displayed at checkout according to your zone.

The date and time of your delivery cannot be specified.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 4 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note

  • Your order may be subject to the customs duties and taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance fees charged by Yamato Transport's local partner carrier (UPS). The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges that arise after shipment.
  • Cancellations and changes to your order or shipping address are not accepted after order confirmation.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic, weather, and local circumstances.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.
