Regarding Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an ordering mistake, or another customer-convenience reason. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete in quantity, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its product description, or delivered after a delay so substantial that it can no longer reasonably serve its intended purpose, please contact us promptly at shop@enjuboard.jp and provide your order details and photographs where reasonably available. After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions when a return is required. Authorized returns must be sent to our return address in Osaka, Japan:

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Where an item is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete in quantity, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its product description, or eligible for return because of a substantial delivery delay, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the issue is attributable to us or the delivery arranged by us. We will either provide a trackable return method or reimburse a reasonable trackable shipping cost agreed with us in advance. Please do not send an item cash on delivery or collect on delivery unless we have expressly authorized it. You can contact us for return questions at shop@enjuboard.jp.

Damages and Issues

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete in quantity, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its product description, or delivered after a delay so substantial that it can no longer reasonably serve its intended purpose, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, completion of the missing quantity, or a full refund. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where the issue is attributable to us or the delivery arranged by us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sale items are covered by the same rules stated in this Policy. Natural characteristics disclosed in the product listing or our Terms, and normal changes resulting from proper use, are not defects. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@enjuboard.jp.
