The Origin Story of EnjuBoard

EnjuBoard is not a product that was created from the beginning.

Initially, we were developing a different product known as 'Sozozakka Puzzle'. The prototype of the EnjuBoard was created as a dedicated stand to enhance the beauty of the puzzles, after much experimentation and refinement.

However, as we advanced the development, we gradually came to realize.

"This is not merely a stand. The wood itself is beautiful and possesses an independent and unique charm."

The particular beauty of the Enju wood's end grain, the warmth and delicacy of its texture, and the level of perfection achieved through the artisan's skills, each element transcended the auxiliary role of a mere stand, becoming a special entity.

We have learned an important lesson about what truly necessary products are, based on our experience with the unsuccessful commercialization of the 'Sozozakka Puzzle'.

Therefore, we have made the decision to launch EnjuBoard as "a beautiful everyday tool that becomes the protagonist in its own right".
