EnjuBoard was not originally conceived as a product in its own right.

It began with the Sozo Puzzle, another product we were developing. The first EnjuBoard was made as a dedicated stand to display the puzzle beautifully.

A Piece Meant to Play a Supporting Role

As we worked through prototype after prototype, our attention gradually shifted to the stand itself.

The delicate growth rings revealed in the end grain. Subtle variations in color drawn by nature. The substantial feel of solid wood and its warmth beneath the fingertips.

Even with nothing placed on it, each piece had a beauty that made us stop and look.
